You missed a delivery of a gacha item?
To recieve a redelivery of a missed gacha item: Visit our Support Page. Click Open New Ticket. On the top Help ticket drop down navigate to Redelivery Problems / Gacha Redelivery.
Please fill out the line with your SL transaction history. Please note that due to the nature of certain gacha events (eg The Epiphany point system) you will ONLY be given the ITEM. Not the points box.
As soon as our team is able we will deliver the item to you in world. We are able to see what item you were to receive from the random vendor so you only need to provide sufficient payment info for us to find your account.
